Application error using PPT 2003 Viewer

I am using PPT 2003 to compile a project for presenting to CD. The user
tries to open the CD and during the viewer application launch gets the
message - The application failed intialize properly (0x0150002). Click OK to
terminate application. This is occuring on a Windows XP Home edition PC
running SP1. I'm told this is occuring on other systems as well - any
suggestions?

What files did you include on the CD? There are 6 or 7 Viewer files that are
required.

Sonia,
the following files were included and verified as being included on the
recevied CD:
pptview.exe, gdiplus.dll, intldate.dll, ppvwintl.dll, saext.dll,
unicows.dll, pvreadme,htm, plat.bat, autorun.inf, playlist.txt
- and, I checked the playlist.txt to be sure the correct file was being
called - even though that had nothing to do with the inability of the PC to
load PPTViewer 2003. The user stated he couldn't even get to the PPT Viewer
2003 screen. The application error window came up - period. Thoughts?

It almost sounds as if the CD is corrupt. Have you tried it on your own system
and a couple of others?
