application error when closing Outlook

Everytime I close Outlook 2003, I get the following Error "OUTLOOK.EXE -
Application Error" "The instruction at "0x77f784b0 referenced memory at
0x00000010. The momory could not be written. Click OK to terminate the
program.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?
