Application Error

I keep getting several error messages everytime I try to run Outlook. The
most recent one is "The instruction at "0x77f583eb" referenced memory at
"0x000e08e8". The memory could not be "written". How do I fix this?

I also get an error message that says "Unable to start processing services."
