There are a few notable applications that have a problem using Entourage as
their mail client, for one reason or another:
Acrobat 7 ‹ Acrobat can use Entourage as the mail engine, but if you are
using the PDF Review function, you can only pull up the OS X Address Book;
FileMaker Pro 8 ‹ FM creates a draft message and saves it, without any
notice;
Safari ‹ when using File->Mail Contents of this Page;
And almost universally, messages created from external applications get
formatted as Plain Text (even the other Office 2004 applications, when using
File->Mail as Attachment).
Why is this? Will the March Spotlight update bring some relief? Or does
anyone have work arounds, or other methods to bypass these limitations?
