Applying filter rules to multiple accounts

We have a problem here at work. One outlook profile has two accounts, a
secretary account and the email reply account. We have a spam relay
server with a rule applied in her local Outlook to move spam marked
items to a spam folder. The problem is that the rule only works with
her account, not with the website reply account. We are running XP
with Outlook 2002. Please help us figure out how to apply the rule to
all of the accounts. Thanks

Just go I understnad this. You have one Outlook profile with 2 POP3
e-mail accounts? Are you receiving mails from both accounts? Can you
detail the rule that you created?

Our user is using one profile in Outlook 2002 to check 2 exchange email
accounts. The rule filters spam for her main account, but not the
other one. The rule sends email labeled spam by our mail relay server
to a folder in her outlook labled spam automatically. It does not work
with the second account.

Thanks

Is this client or server based filters?

It works maunally but it sends spam from the info (second) account to
the spam folder of the first (main)account. We want it to
automatically send spam from the secretary's main account to the spam
folder, and automatically send incoming spam from the info account to
the info account spam folder.

Thanks
