Hi all,
I'm not programming in VBA, but I understand (more or less) an
examples. I'm trying (thru OLE), to create a new appointment, which i
working fine. I also have a recipient for that appointment. It turns u
fine in Outlook. The 'problem' is, that when I open it in outlook an
want to close it again, it always tells me it wasn't sent yet and if
want that. I DON'T want that. There is a button in the outloo
appointment screen with which I can cancel the invitation (i hope I ge
all the translations right, I'm working with the dutch version o
Outlook 2000). Can I 'push' that button programmatically? The 'Sent
property is read only, so it's not much use. And I can't use th
'contacts' part of the form for the attendees, because Pocket Outloo
doesn't have that part. Yes, I'm programming application X which shoul
synchronize with outlook, which in turn has to synchronize with a PDA.
Another thing: The 'recipients'collection. When I take the EntryID of
AddresEntry, only the last part (48chars) is the same as the EntryID o
the corresponding Outlook contact. But the EntryID is a horrible thin
to use as a unique ID. When I create a contact on the PDA it will no
have the same EntryID when it goes to Outlook but the ENtryID for tha
Contact as a AddressEntry remains the same when synchronized. Is ther
another way to find the corresponding contact ? as Outlook has n
problem with it.
I would appreciate all the help hints tips etc you can give.
regards,
Marce
