appointments print 15 minutes off schedule

In my calendar I will have an appointment set for 11am-
1pm, but when I print the day all of the appointments
shift 15 minutes earlier. In the print preview it all
looks good, just when it gets to paper. How do I fix this?
The machine is a sony vaio, win me with office 2000 small
business and I am having a problem with the repair under
help.
