ARCHIVE

Dear all
If someone can explain what is actually Archive ?
Archiving your messages means moving them out of your current message
store and into different folders. After these messages are 'archived'
you don't need to keep the archived messages available at all times in
your current folder configuration but can still access them when you
need to by opening the archived folders.
