Hello All-
First time on the News Server, I hope this works....
Recently my Mac mini crashed. I contacted our IT people and they were unable
to help me. I then contacted Apple and paid for the one time troubleshooting
charge but they were unable to fix the bog as well. The problem was that my
system was stuck in Console mode. Interesting.
I digress. My problem is that I ended up having to do an Archive and
install. Now, where the heck are all my old Entourage E-mails and address
book?! I am lost. Mac can't help me, they say to call Microsoft, I may as
well be trying to get a hold of Bill Gates personally.
Can anyone direct me to where I might fond my old e-mails and address book?
I am on Entourage X and running OS X 10.3.9

Thanks much to all who reply....

They are kept in the Microsoft User Data folder in the documents folder in
your home directory.

Under OS 9/Office 2001 the correct location for your identity folder is in:

<Startup Disk:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Office 2001 Identities:

Under OS X/Office vX it's:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/
(where '~/' is your current login's 'Home' directory)

Under OS X/Office 2004 it's:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/

Make sure you put your main identity folder in there, then if you still
can't see it when you restart Entourage, try to change identities (it's
under the File menu) and see if your identity shows up in the list.
