Archiving emails and contacts in Entourage

Hi,
I don¹t know why, but I can¹t find any help on archiving emails and
contacts. Outlook was easy and you could do back-ups. How do you do it for
Entourage. I want to upgrade my system and I¹ll have to reload the program,
so I really don¹t want to lose any data ­ including accounts and set up
files. Can this be done???

Hi Patrick,
What I did when I upgraded my laptop was make copy of the folder
"Microsoft User Data" located in the "Documents" folder in my old
computer and then after reinstalling Office in the new laptop copy all
the files to the new "Microsoft User Data" folder. After that all my
mails and contacts where transfer to my new computer.
I hope this will be helpfull.
