I need a way to direct my historical email into folders that are by month, or
quarter or year and send all my inbox subfolders and older email within those
subfolders to the historical folders. If this were done automatically
that'd be even better. Then I could keep and find historical emails and not
have to spend hours organizing and creating the archives. If a users wants
to do it a different way ensure they can rename, copy, edit, etc. the
archives. I don't want to be an expert archivist I have enough to do already.
