Archiving Messages

Does anyone know how to 'archive' messages - so that they are still saved somewhere within the program, but just not in your inbox? Gmail has this feature and I like it because then you don't have to have hundreds of emails in the inbox. Thanks.

Entourage has the ability to create many folders, and you can save messages
into them with drag and drop.

To create a new folder, go to the File menu and choose New > Folder.

What type of account? (POP, IMAP, Exchange)
