Archiving Messages

If I archive my Identity to a .rge file, will it include the messages that
are in my Exchange mailbox as well as the folders on my computer?

Can I make an archive, delete messages from my Exchange mailbox and retrieve
them from the archive at a later date if needed?

When you archive your Entourage identity it only includes your local mails
(mails in the folders" folders under my computer") your local contacts,
local calendar, tasks and notes. This archive will not pull the data from
your exchange server.

You cannot retrieve your exchange mails from this archive. If you want to
backup your exchange mails ask your exchange administrator and he will do a
mailbox backup on the server.
