Archiving my mailboxes

I have to send my Powerbook back to Apple to have the screen fixed this
week, and I am trying to figure out how to archive my mailboxes so I can
burn them to cd-r and then re-intall them once I get my computer back.

Can anyone help?

Burn the entire ŒMicrosoft user data folder¹ in /Users/user_name/documents/
