archiving

One of my users is having problem with autoarchive. He'll
specify within the calender days to archive his mailbox
but autoarchive will leave certain days off the specified
dates and this is ramdomly selected. How could i correct
this problem. Thanks for your help

Archiving looks to the modified date to determine if its eligible, so if you
have carried out any modification of the item, i.e. copying, moving etc then
they wont archive, also items that have a recurrence wont archive because
the recurring appointment is actually one item and the recurrence has to
complete for the entire set before it will be considered for archiving.
