Archiving

Instuctions for archiving data are vague. You have the option to choose
different components (Mail, Taks, Calendar, etc) but no option to chose
dates? (Older than one year, etc).

What I would like to do is archive older mails and remove them, to keep
the database small.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Do a search for older emails, however you like to define that.

Drag the results into a folder in the Finder; then delete them from
Entourage. m.
