Is there a way to set up archiving in Entourage?

I've be very interested in this also, is there away to email into a
separate file like a PST? I have users that are closing in on the 4GB
limit of the entourage files and moving them into local folders would
not solve that problem as far as I know (which isnt very far).

Entourage 2004 has an export feature, under File>Export. Under "Export as an
Entourage archive", you can select items from one category, items belonging
to a specific project, or all the items within a particular Entourage module
(Mail, Calendar, etc.), with the option to delete them once they've been
exported. These items will then be exported as an Entourage archive file,
with an .rge extension, which is as a matter of fact a folder containing all
the different data. I'm not sure in how far this corresponds to Outlook's
archiving feature, and there is currently no way to run this automatically,
so you'll have to do it manually. If that's not what you have in mind, post
back and give more details
