Are Category and Project no longer available?

When all my contacts were put on the exchange server, they lost their
category information. To address another problem, I deleted the old
exchange account and created a new one. Now all my exchange-based data came
back, but without any category or project attributes (in new mail or in
contacts).

Can these be restored? Will new entries be able to have these values set?

Category & project information is not synchronized with the Exchange Server,
according to Entourage Help, so if you imported data from an Exchange
Server, it wouldn't have any category information associated with it.

Hopefully a future version of Entourage will address this limitation.
