Hello, my situation is this: I have a Onetell 576.0 kbps connection and a
normall BT Phoneline. Sometimes, and this includes booting up my PC, my dsl
light on my modem will flash and i won't be able to go online. When i
attempt to connect it says no dial tone. I can display the exact message if
needed. Anyway, the only way this ever gets better is to leave the computer
for any time beetween half an hour to two days, and by then it is fixed.
This is really annoying and when we phone the customer support they are no
help at all. This never happened with my dial up connection. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
