Arial Narrow font disappears

I have had several users lose the Arial Narrow font when I
upgrade them from Office 2000 to Office 2003.

Per KB Article 837463, this font is included with
Publisher 2003. I'm not including Publisher in my Office
2003 rollout so it IS possible that is my problem.

However, these systems already have Arial Narrow installed
via Office 2000. Plus not everyone on my test group lost
the font, but about 50% of them did.

Any ideas?
