array formula w/ mutiple criteria

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help with this. I believe I need a count if
formula. I have two columns that have dates - one has open dates and
the other has close dates. I need count of how many times the open &
close column have matching dates and also match an another criteria.
The other criteria is a variable - a level number. Thanks so much.

Assuming Column A contains open dates, Column B contains close dates
and Column C level numbers...

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A2:A6=B2:B6),--(C2:C6=E2))

...where E2 contains the level number of interest.
