Arrow Keys

On a Windows XP workstation. When user is logged on to
the network she is experiencing problems with Office XP
products concerning arrow keys. If you log on the
workstation as the administrator of the pc the arrow keys
respond normally in Excel. Up-Down-Left-Right. If you log
the user into the network the arrow keys do not respond
normally. The right arrow key does a page down. The left
arrow opens up a directory to open a file. Where can you
change these back to the normal configuration. This
happens with a new document as well as a existing doc.
