What am I missing, there isn't a "Scheduling" Tab, so how do I see who

You can only do this with an Exchange account. Is that what you're using?
If you need further help, please post back with your Entourage version
(2004 or 2008? 2007 does not exist.)and what you've done so far to
troubleshoot the problem. Also, include steps up to the point where the
problem occurs.
Hope this helps!

Yes this is an exchange account. So, let's assume you invite me to a
meeting, my admin (read/write delegate) accepts the meeting. I look
in calendar view of entourage and double click the meeting. There
appears to be no way the re-schedule the meeting by proposing another
time, or see the other attendees as for both these functions there is
no "Scheduling" Tab. Make sense?
Sorry, I missed the part where you said "if I didn't originate the
meeting" but seeing the attendees should still be possible.
Free/busy information is handled by the Public folder server. Can you
verify that your Public folder server address is correct? Do you also
see folders within public folders?
Also, be sure that you can see free/busy information when viewing the
same account from your Mac using Outlook Web Access (OWA). If the lite
version of OWA can show the information then Entourage should be able to
do so as well.
Entourage does not have a feature to allow you to propose a new time or
reschedule a meeting if you're not the originator. Please be sure to let
Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in future versions by
using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any Office application.
Hope this helps!

Free/Busy works fine. The problem occurs when the meeting is accepted
by someone on my behalf. The behavior of the interface for the invite
message changes. If *I* accept the meeting then everything thereafter
is fine.
Very interesting. Do you know your server version? I'll see if I can
reproduce this with someone. If so, then we can report this as a bug.

I have exactly the same problem (glad to see I'm not completely
crazy!). I am using Entourage 2008 with Leopard, all fully updated.
My admin uses Outlook 2003 on Windows. When she accepts a meeting,
somehow the meeting gets converted from a meeting into an appointment
*in Entourage only*, so there is no attendee list for me to see. If I
accept the meeting, this doesn't happen. If you look at a meeting in
my Entourage, there is no attendee list. If you look at the exact
same meeting in her Outlook, there is an attendee list.
I have tried pretty much everything I can think of, including deleting
my entire calendar and re-syncing it. If I want to see who is
attending one of these meetings, I have to look on my Blackberry or
open Outlook in Parallels.
Yep, exactly... I can't see how this is an Exchange Server side issue,
so am assuming this is purely an Entourage issue.
William Smith said:Server version can be very helpful in troubleshooting this problem. I'm
not saying the problem is with the server but a combination of Entourage
2008 and Exchange Server 200X could cause the problem.
For example, Exchange Server 2003 uses WebDAV for Entourage to connect
whereas Exchange Server 2007 uses a combination of WebDAV and Web
Services. If this problem occurs with Exchange Server 2003 then the
problem may have been fixed in Exchange Server 2007. If it happens in
Exchange Server 2007 then most likely the problem is a result of Web
Services.
