Assembly doesnt allow partially trusted callers at
System.Security.CodeAccessSecurityEngine.TrowSecurityException.

Can form published on XP SP1 can create problem on machine trying to
open it on XP SP2??

Can you tell us more?
Just curious, does your machine having issues have the Framework 2.0
installed?
