Assigned tasked do not show up as tasks in the recievers in box.

Three different computers - 2 with Outlook 2003 and 1 with Outlook 2000. If
any task is sent from any of the computers to any of the other 2 computers -
the task looks like a regular e-mail with 2 attachments (msg-20046.31.txt and
Untitled Attac.dat). There is no way to accept or decline - and it does not
show up in the tasks folder. All updates have been installed. This just
started happening for all three computers about 2 weeks ago. Any Ideas?
