Assigning a button to function.

Hi!!

I use Outlook 2000. Before that, I used Exchange client. The Exchange
client had a button on the message view, that activated the request for read
receipt. Outlook 2000 message views don't seem to have it handy. I have to
click Options, and then mark Request for read receipt.

Is there a way to assign a button to turn on/off the request for read
receipt? I can't seem to find it.
