Assigning/accepting a task in Entourage

I am a task manager who just switched from PC to Mac. Thus far, I have not been able to figure out how to assign a task to my employee, nor can I seem to accept a task from my supervisor.

Please tell me how to do this!

Tasks and Notes are not supported with Entourage and Exchange.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
