Assigning caregories from Rule not working after upgrading to XP.

Hi,

I recently upgraded to Office XP. My rules which assign
caregories to incoming mails are not working. If I run
this same rule after the mail is received then it works.

PS: I have also upgraded those rules to XP.

Can someone help me out here?
