Assigning certain mail addresses to specific project. How?

Hi,

I have Entourage 2004 and Mac 10.3.5
I'm trying to create some kind of rule so that both sent and received
mails to/from a certain address will be included in a certain project.
Maybe I'm too thick, but have tried using Help and my own limited
imagination to make this work, but failed.
Can someone tell me if it's possible, and if so, how to set it up?

You can make a simple rule with "any to recipient is xxx" and as
action "set project".

Or is this to simple.

Thanks for response.
Yeah, but my take is that the rules only apply to incoming mails, no?
So, if I set criteria "to", I have to assign one of my own accounts. Or
can I set for outgoing mails, too?

You choose for outgoing "any to recipient" and for incoming "from"
as criteria.

You need two separate rules: one under the appropriate "Mail" tab for
incoming mail, and one under the "Outgoing" tab for mail you send. Both
should look rather predictable:

(Incoming)
IF From Contains <whoever>
THEN Set project <whatever>

(Outgoing)
IF Any Recipient Contains <whoever>
THEN Set project <whatever>
