Assigning Labels on a shared calendar

I am responsible for my boss' calendar. I am running Outlook 2003. I need to
be able to assign label colors to his appointments. I spent quite a bit of
time yesterday doing just this (from my computer). HOWEVER, he cannot see the
lable colors on his computer AND when I copies the calendar to the My
Calendar area so I could sync his calendar to my PDA, the calendar colors
went away.

What am I missing here? Is this something that can't be done in Outlook 2003
or am I not setting something up correctly?

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do. One key issue: Only the folder owner can set new text for the color labels. Have your boss do that part.
