How do I assign a weblink to an inserted picture (gif or png) in
Entourage? My goal is to create an email where the reader can click on
a portion of the html picture which takes him to a weblink.

Lay out your document in Word, with all the links inserted there, then use
the 'Send to > mail recipient (as HTML)' function in the File menu of Word
to send it through Entourage.
