ATT Attachment

One of our users is having a problem when receiving
forwarded e-mails. The forwarded attachment is replaced
with an att*******.txt emtpty text file. He receives
other attachments just fine. Any ideas on whats
occuring? I tested our other users mailboxes and they got
everything just fine. Tested his on his Outlook client
and his OWA client, had the problem in both places.
