ATT ISP, Entourage, Tiger problem

Is it still necessary to use SSL Enabler in order to get your email
when ATT is your ISP??

I can¹t seem to get Entourage 2004 to send mail under tiger. I have tried
it both with SSL Enabler and without. I receive mail fine but I cannot send
mail from @worldnet.att.net. Exchange server account is fine both sending
and receiving. So, I am also waiting to hear if anyone here has a thought.
