Attachents lose extension

Whenever a entourage 10 user sends email to me (outlook
2003/exchange2003sp2) I get no attachement.
How can I fix this

Your subject line mentions the extension, but your body suggests no file
attachment at all. Which is it?

Regardless, tell them to use BASE64 encoding and not to compress the
attachments. That is the ideal way to send from the Mac to Windows.
