Attaching an EXISTING e-mail?

Is there anyway to attach an existing e-mail to a newly created e-mail? On
occasion, we need to attach the previous e-mail so that the receiver can
refer to an e-mail that has been lost, misplaced, or as a reminder. We know
that the e-mail can be forwarded, but we would like it to somehow be
attached to the newly composed e-mail.

One method is to drag it from the folder into the new message.

Once you create the new e-mail, select Insert, Item and attach the original
e-mail from the appropriate folder (inbox, sent items, etc.).
