Attaching Contact info to an appointment

I need to have the address and phone number automatically entered into a
field in my appointments, and be seen when I print out the calendar page.
Currently I must type everything I want seen on the print out into the
subject field or the location field. Is there anyway to click a button
somewhere to attach the info and make it visible on the print out without
having to go through wasting my time typing everything over and over
everytime i set an appointment?

If you right click drag & drop a contact over to the Calendar folder and
choose "Copy here as appointment with text" Outlook will create an
appointment item with all the contact info

Sorry about the double post I realized that I had posted in the wrong place.
It was more a calendar question and not a contacts question. I am sorry.

Thank you Vince you have solved a world of problems for me! Not one single
help article had anything close to this as a solution.
