Attaching documents to email

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Power PC Email Client: pop When I try to attach any kind of document to an email in entourage, the recipient cannot open the document. It doesn't matter if it is a PDF, Excel file, Word file....nothing will open once I have attached and sent it. Is there a fix for this?

Are you sending to other Mac users or PC users? Are you encoding? What size
are the attachments? Are they downloading the entire attachment?

Open Entourage Help under Help in the Menu bar. Search "The recipient can't
open my attachment."
