attaching email address to email usingaddress book function is faulty

I am having difficulties with attaching email addresses to the email using the address book. If my contact has multiple email addresses, Entourage will either
1. attach a different email address than I requested
or
2. attach the name with no address included.
If the second occurs, Entourage will keep the "Send" button dark and not functionable.

Please tell me what I can do?

Please tell me what I can do?

If you just start typing a name, Entourage will start to insert the last
used address for the person. It includes a pop up of all the addresses for
this person so you can select another address.

Your response is what it would do if it was working properly. However, when I start typing a name and want to use a different email address than the one I last used is when I have troubles. For example, I want to send an email to one of my contacts, John Doe, and he has several email addresses [[email protected] (work), [email protected] (home), [email protected] (other)]. Let's say that the default email address is his home address ([email protected]), but I want to mail it to his work address ([email protected]). I would "right-click" on the default/home address which would pull up his alternate email addresses and then highlight his work address. However, when I do this one of two things happen. I either get a John Doe with no address attached which means that Entourage will not let me send the email. OR Entourage will attach a completely different email address than I requested, for example the "other" address in this case [email protected]. I have spent countless hours trying different ways to resolve this issue and spent another almost two hours at the Apple Store at the Genius Bar trying to resolve this "bug" in the program. Please resolve this issue.
