attaching locked pdf files to my power point presentation

Hello,

Im working on a project where I need to insert locked PDF files into the
Power Point Presentation.
I would like to convert Word and PDF documents into a single Power Point
Presentation format. My goal is to become a paperless organization by
downloading these forms to CD's then give to my clients for them to print at
home after they complete the applications if applicable.

My dilemma is that some of the PDF forms are locked and when I insert them
into the Power Point Presentation the slide seems black until you double
click on it then the application appears.

I would appreciate any help you can provide to me. I have a VERY tight
deadline
