hi-
how do i keep the attachment box on entourage open at all times (vs
dragging the attachment until i see a blue screen and/or opening the
box by using the down arrow)?

This is a bug, and there is no known work-around solution of which I am aware.

Entourage 2004 used to remember the state of the attachments area so
that if you left it open, it would remain open indefinitely. At some
point during the last few updates, Entourage has stopped remembering
this and other settings.

I really wish Microsoft would fix this bug!!!
