Attachment icon lost

I have problem with attachment icon places on the right side uppon the
message. So, if I want to view my attachment I must double click on the
message from the list.

Can somebody help me how shall I show this icon again? Thanks a lot.

I am using Outlook Express 6 a Norton Antivirus 2006.
