I've a rule set up to put a certain senders email in a certain folder. It
works fine EXCEPT when that person sends an email with an attachment...then
his mail just shows up in my regular INBOX. what's up with that?
You probably have a size limit set on the downloads. Look in the 'options'
tab of your account settings and make sure that the option to partially
download large messages is turned off.
What you are probably seeing is the first part of the message in the inbox,
waiting for you to tell Entourage what to do with it. If you tell it to
download the rest of the message from the server it should then be moved by
your rule.
Turning off the partial download option cures this.
