We send a mail attachment to 200 recipients every week.
Of these 200 there are a couple who can't read the
attachment because the text comes out as mixed symbols
and letters. We have tried plain text and rich text and
neither work. The only way the letter can be sent is if
the message is copied directly into the email. The users
who can't read it are consistent.
