Attachments deleted -- Outlook 2000

(No, I do *not* get a message about unsafe attachments.

I've been trying to email a message with a 750K zipped attachment to coworkers. They receive the text of the message, but there is no attachment, and I'm not getting any kind of error warning. I tried sending it to myself with the same results. I have sent larger zipped attachments in the past (I have one in my "Sent Items" folder from November that is 768K) with no problems. I read some posts in this group, and tried changing from RTF to HTML. When I send it to myself in HTML, I get a paper clip showing that there is an attachment, but nothing shows up when I open the message. Right-clicking on it does *not* give me the option to view attachments. I tried sending some other attachments to myself with no problems (including one that was 650K)

Any thoughts?

When you open the message look closely at the area just above the body of the message. Do you see anything usually in yellow that Outlook is disabling unsafe attachments?
