attachments missing from message

Hi!

Can someone please help! I have more users who say that
often, when they send an email with an attachment, that
when the recipient receives the message the attachment is
gone. We are using Outlook XP with SP1. The attachments
can be various such as excel or work docs.

Have your users change the message format to plain text or html and consider
disabling Word as their e-mail editor.
