Attachments partially downloaded???

Hello--

I have just upgraded from Office X to Office 2004. When viewing
attachments, i am unable to highlight or view attachment within a
message. At all times I get an error message stating that "This message
has been partially downloaded" and a highlighted "get entire message"
icon appears. Does anyone have any ideas to get rid of this problems.

This looks like a setting in the account settings. You can select there
to only downnload the xxx first kb of the e-mails. You set it up to
receive the whole thing,
