I have been using Entourage since I installed Office Mac. I upgraded to 2002
(the full suite) and again to 2004 for Mac. This is the first time I am
having a problem and can't find an answer in my Office 2004 for Mac Missing
Manual. I downloaded the latest Office upgrade, before Leopard, and am
experiencing a problem. I receive messages with attachments and when I
forward them, the attachments sometimes don't appear in the message but are
still in the attachment window. How can I drop attachments into the message
where I want them to appear? I have not upgraded to OS10.4.10 because I have
some Classic software I still use.

To forward messages use Message --> Forward as Attachment. This will forward
the entire message including it's attachments.

To drop a picture into the message, turn on HTML and then you can drag a
message to the place in the message that you want it to appear.
