Hi!
I've got a user with the following problem: When she
sends to certain other companies, the message text comes
through fine, but attachment(s), specifically MS-Word
files, come through as unreadable.
All the text comes through in capitals except for special
characters, and the most common characters are '\'
and 'A'. The start of the message is two-three lines
of '\' characters.
Anything obvious I'm missing here?
