My daughter has an email that crashes Outlook 2003 every time she loads it,
as it is the most recent email - and obviously (as the Preview Pane is on)
is causing it to fail to preview it and it crashes.
I've had this problem, and have tried to get her (remotely) to press the
Preview pane button as soon as Outlook loads, and then delete the offending
email.
I've successfully done this in the past.
But it doesn't work for her; Outlook freezes too quickly.
Is there any other way out of this?
