audio inside e-mail html

Hello
I have 2 questions. I have looked all through the help, and technec net, but I guess im not typing in the correct search string to find what I want. I keep getting e-mail in html format with music. as soon as it is opened or preveiwed it starts playing. I would like to know how to turn it off when I want. and If I like the music and want to extract it how do I do that. I know how to save normal attachments. but I am not seeing these attachments
